I want this blog to INSPIRE you to LIFE, to LIVE, to stay HEALTHY and APPRECIATE all those small things around you, some people call it “mindfulness” but lets not put a word on to it.
I will share my daily life, my thoughts ABOUT life, my life experiences, my knowledge as a personal trainer and healthy eating, my recipes and my adventures. This is not a fitnessblog, this is more like a “feel good” blog.
Where shall i begin, ive finally got started and this is my very first update. Its a cold November morning here in Sweden and the sun is shining AND its a Saturday morning.
Ive actually started writing before the blog is totaly finished, there are some funny installments and functions wich i need an “expert” to help me to deal with. I just couldnt wait to get started.
